Time, Made
Enduring
Carab timepieces are designed once and built to last a lifetime. Each is hand-assembled, regulated and numbered in our Sydney atelier, then sold as the piece it was meant to be.
The Collection
Four editions of one flagship, each finished and assembled by hand. Choose the one that is yours, then enquire to buy.
Noir

The Craft
Every Carab is built the same way, by the same hands, to one standard.
Provenance
Every watch begins with proven materials. Swiss movements, cold-forged steel and grade-5 titanium, sourced from makers we have trusted for years.
Design
Proportions, dial colour and hand geometry are settled once, in studio, and held to across the run so each piece reads as a single idea.
Assembly
Each movement is assembled, cased and regulated from start to finish by one watchmaker, then pressure-tested before it ever leaves the bench.
Service
We service every Carab we make, by the makers who built it, for as long as you own the piece. One owner, one watchmaker, one record.
Materials, Considered
Every finish we use is chosen for how it feels in the hand and how it ages over years of wear.
Stainless Steel
904L steel, brushed and polished by hand for a crisp, cold finish that stays sharp for decades.
Titanium
Grade 5 titanium, unusually light and gentle on the skin, with a quiet gunmetal tone.
Bronze
A living alloy that develops its own warm patina over the years you wear it. No two age alike.
Carbon Fibre
Forged composite, featherlight and uniquely patterned in every single piece we press.
Damascus Steel
Folded and etched so no two bezels share the same grain. Each pattern is a fingerprint.
Ceramic
Scratch-resistant matte ceramic that holds its colour and rejects glare for the life of the watch.
Sapphire
A transparent sapphire caseback to reveal the movement at work, polished to optical clarity.
Built Without Compromise
Every Carab watch represents a deliberate choice: proven materials, exacting assembly and a commitment to service that spans generations.
Swiss Movement
Swiss-made automatic movements, regulated to run within chronometer tolerances.
Sapphire Crystal
Double-domed sapphire glass with seven layers of anti-reflective coating.
Water Resistance
Rated to 100 metres and pressure-tested on every single piece before it leaves us.
Hand Assembly
Each movement is assembled and regulated from start to finish by one watchmaker.
Hand Engraving
Casebacks and rotors can be hand-engraved at the atelier to mark an occasion.
Numbered Editions
A deliberately small annual output, never mass-produced. Each piece is numbered.
Selected Commissions
A glimpse into recent pieces, each one shaped around a collector's vision and brought to life in our Sydney atelier.
What Clients Say
I have worn the Noir daily for two years and it has lost nothing. The finish still reads as the day it arrived.
